Prime Finance has become one of Australia’s largest short term lenders. In today’s climate we believe that there is a shortage of lenders out there who lend on commercial loans from 1 month to 24 months , loan amounts of $50,000 to $5 million.
For our Investors: Prime Wealth Management’s objective is to provide consistent, high yielding investment returns that are secured against quality real estate assets. All loans are secured by way of mortgages or caveats on residential, commercial, land, industrial and rural. Prime Wealth Management doesn’t do unsecured lending, car loans and/ or equipment finance.
We are continually developing new lending products and funding as part of our drive to offer innovative financing to individuals and businesses Australia-wide.
Prime Wealth Management is now an Authorised Representative of an AFSL
All loans will be secured by way of mortgages or caveats. This will give you security knowing your funds are registered.
Prime Wealth Fund will be on title so we can act on the mortgage discharge and any litigation. Our due diligence, credit and lending procedures come from years of real world lending experience. Borrowers must have sound real estate security, the ability to meet their repayments and a strong repayment strategy to exit the loan at the end of the term.
